What does "Unlocked" mean?
The term unlocked refers to a cellular phone which is not bound to a single carrier.
Which bands work in my area?
A cellular phone's band is the frequency in megahertz on witch it operates. Band options are as follows:-Quadband GSM 850/900/1800/1900 :Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand-Triband GSM 900/1800/1900:Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand-Dualband GSM 900/1800 Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, New Zealand and Australia
What is the shipping charge?
Shipping rate is based on the total weight of items in the cart, shipping insurance is not included. However, we strongly advise our customers to buy the shipping insurance to protect their products in the shipment.
Note: Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges.
Will this phone work with my carrier?
Any Tri-Band/Quad Band model purchased at Hi-Mobile.Net will function perfectly in:-Canada (Fido / Rogers GSM network).-US (T-Mobile, AT&T:Most areas require quad-band:, or Vodafone). Please verify your network bands through the following links: In United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
What is Bluetooth?
Bluetooth Wireless Technology proves a link between mobile phones, mobile computers (laptops), and other assorted technologies. Bluetooth Wireless Technology can also be used to connect to the Internet.

Has my order shipped?
Once an order has been fulfilled, an email will be notifying the customer for the expected arrival date, and your package tracking information.
How do I track my order?
After you have placed an order at Hi-Mobile, we will email you the order detail and order status. You may also check the order status and details online.
Simply login and click the Order Tracking button on the top right of every page, all of your previous orders will be shown on the page. You are able to review the details of each order, the price, the item and the order status.
We will keep you updated on your orders. Every time when the status of your order has been updated, you will be notified by email from our customer service representatives.
If your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You may also find the tracking number online in the Order Tracking History together with the respecting shipping partner. Click on the name of the shipping partner (e.g. Fedex), it will then lead you to their online tracking page. Input the tracking number to get the most updated information of your package.
How do I return my Product?
Any item, for any reason, returned to Hi-Mobile requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Contact Hi-Mobile to acquire an RMA Number.
Does the shipping fee include insurance?
Currently shipping fee does NOT include shipping insurance; the choice will be given to customers to decide. However, we strongly advise customers to buy shipping insurance to protect their product shipments.
I have no connection, what is the problem?
Please check your Carrier GSM Network (Question "1"). Alternatively, change you connectivity setting as Automatic, then simply restart your device.
My Motorola's dictionary is displaying a different language, how can I change it?

My pictures messaging and internet is not functioning, how can I set it?
