In my opinion, the HTC Cruise is a good phone, but could be improved in many ways. Some pro's include: handwriting recognition, built in PDF reader, media player, a good audio manager, an excellent camera, and is very customizable Con's include: very laggy when playing music with the media player, hard to navagate without using the stylus, and is very confusing if you have not used a PDA before.
